| Payment terms: | Advance payment amount: 70% of the cost of equipment.
Term of advance payment: advance payment (prepayment) 70% of the cost of the equipment within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of signing the Contract by authorized representatives of the Parties on the basis of the Supplier's invoice, provided that the Supplier provides security for the return of the advance payment within the time period established by the annex to this Contract
The deadline for final payment is within 45 calendar days from the date of delivery of the equipment to the Buyer's warehouse on the basis of original invoices and waybills (waybills), or within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the equipment, on the basis of original invoices and waybills (for SMEs).
100% payment of the cost of installation supervision, commissioning supervision and training of the Buyer's personnel within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of signing the Act of final acceptance of the equipment, the Act of acceptance of the work performed and receipt of the invoice or UPD. |
