| Payment terms: | Payment for manufactured and delivered products of proper quality is made by the buyer by transferring funds to the supplier's current account within:
30 calendar days (for winners -organizations of SMEs);
45 calendar days (for winners not related to SME entities) from the date of delivery of products to the place of delivery, subject to the exchange of original invoices, certificates, invoices, contracts signed by both parties.
Payment for carrying out installation and commissioning works:
within 30 calendar days for the winners -organizations of SMEs;
within 45 calendar days for winners who are not related to SME entities
from the moment of signing by both parties of the acts of work performed on the installation and commissioning works on the basis of the acts and the original invoice, UPD |
