| Payment terms: | The advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total value of the contract, including VAT of 20%, shall be transferred by the Buyer to the Supplier's current account within 30 calendar days from the date of signing the contract, as well as after the Supplier has provided security for the obligations to refund the advance in accordance with clause 3.5 of the Contract. The advance payment is fully credited to the repayment of the debt for the delivered equipment in accordance with clause 1, clause 1.1 of the specification. The advance is paid in the amount of the security provided, but not more than 30% of the total value of the Contract.
The Buyer transfers the final payment in the amount of 70% of the total value of the contract, including VAT of 20%, to the settlement account within 30 calendar days after the parties sign the Act of Completed Works without comments based on the original invoice. |
