Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment for the delivered Products is made by the Buyer with a proportional offset of the advance previously paid (indicated if the Agreement provides for the payment of an advance) within 7 (seven) business days (indicated if the requirements of the legislation or clauses 6, 7 of Article 9.1 of the EEA do not set other payment terms *) from the date of signing by the Buyer/The consignee of the positive act of entry control, ED (consignment note (COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12)/UPD in the case provided for in clause 3.4 of the Agreement) after receiving the Products of proper quality and in proper completeness, as well as the originals of all shipping documents, and other documentation related to the Products specified in clauses 3.3 - 3.7, 3.12 of this Agreement.

This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:
Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
