| Payment terms: | Payment of the Products shall be made to the Supplier upon delivery on the basis of an invoice within 60 calendar days (15 working days for SMEs) from the date of signing by the Consignee of documents confirming receipt of Products (acts of acceptance and transfer of Products, or commodity invoices (TORG-12), or universal transfer documents (UPA)), provided that the products are delivered of the proper quality and in the proper completeness (confirmed by a positive Input Control Act and/or Conclusiveness (Act) of acceptance of Products by quantity, quality and completeness), and submission of documents by the Supplier, named in paragraph 3.5 of this Agreement (subject to compliance with the requirements for their registration established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the Agreement) |
