Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Term of payment for equipment: Advance payment (prepayment) of 30% of the cost of equipment within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of signing the Contract by authorized representatives of the Parties on the basis of the Supplier's invoice, provided that the Supplier provides security for the return of the advance payment within the time period established by the annex to this Contract. In case of violation of the deadline for the provision of collateral, the advance payment period is proportionally extended by the number of days of delay in the provision of collateral.
The final payment for the delivered equipment is carried out within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of delivery of the equipment to the place of delivery on the basis of original invoices and waybills (waybills) or within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the equipment, on the basis of original invoices and waybills (for SMEs).
When the equipment is delivered in parts for each invoice submitted for payment, the Buyer sets off a part of the advance payment as payment for 30% of the cost of the equipment, and pays the remaining 70% of the cost of the delivered equipment in cash.
In case of non-fulfillment in full or in part of the obligation to supply equipment within the time period established by this Agreement, the Supplier is obliged to return to the Buyer the received advance payment (prepayment) in full or in part (for the amount of equipment not delivered) within 5 (five) business days from the date of expiry of the delivery period.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:
Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
