| Payment terms: | the billing period is the calendar month in which the energy resources were consumed. Within 20 (twenty) working days from the date of the end of each billing period, an invoice (separately for each type of consumed energy resources and services) with an act for reimbursement of expenses, as well as documents confirming the formation of the cost of consumed energy resources is presented to the Siberian branch of JSC Atomspetstrans from power supply organizations. Signing an act for reimbursement of expenses within 5 (five) working days from the date of its receipt and sending the signed act to the address, or a reasoned refusal to sign the act. |
| Venue of bidding: | This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document. |
| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
