| Payment terms: | Monthly rent is charged from the date of transfer of the Premises under the Act of acceptance and transfer to the date of return of the Premises under the Act of return.
The monthly rent is paid in advance and is paid monthly until the 10th of the current month and paid by the Tenant to the Landlord's bank account. Moreover, if the date of payment falls on a non-working day, then such payment must be made on the last working day preceding such non-working day (days). The amount of the first and last payment is determined in proportion to the number of days of rent.
Changes in the process of contract execution of the taxation parameters related to the payment and / or calculation of VAT in a big way (increase in rates, introduction of tax rates for certain groups of goods, the payer's transition to the regime associated with the payment of VAT, etc.) does not entail a revision of the Contract price. Changing the VAT parameters to a smaller side on any grounds provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation entails automatic recalculation of the Contract price in proportion to the corresponding changes. |
