payment for completed works will be made by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account upon completion of the work, by wire transfer within 15 days (for SMEs - no more than 7 working days) from the date of signing the act of completed works on the basis of the invoice;
Changes in the process of contract execution of the taxation parameters related to the payment and / or calculation of VAT in a big way (increase in rates, introduction of tax rates for certain groups of goods, the payer's transition to the regime associated with the payment of VAT, etc.) does not entail a revision of the Contract price. Changing the VAT parameters to a smaller side on any grounds provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation entails automatic recalculation of the Contract price in proportion to the corresponding changes
