| Payment terms: | Payment is made upon completion of work within 15 (Fifteen) working days in the following order: 60% of the cost specified in clause 2.1 of this agreement after the Customer has signed the originals of the Acceptance and Transfer Certificate of the work performed, as well as technical reports on engineering surveys, provided by the Contractor and invoices for payment; 40% of the cost of the contract after the Customer receives a positive conclusion of the state examination and the Contractor provides the original invoice for payment. |
