| Payment terms: | The offer must be registered in accordance with the established procedure (have an outgoing registration number and date), signed by the head of the organization or an authorized person and sealed, presented on the letterhead of the organization with the indication of:
- the full name of the organization;
- details and contact details: TIN, OGRN, OKPO, contact phone number, address, e-mail;
- the validity period of the offered price;
- the main conditions for the performance of the contract (term of services, payment procedure, etc.).
The technical and commercial proposal must contain information about the cost of a unit of services or the calculation of the cost of services in accordance with the form of Appendix 2.
Payment terms:
- a service agreement providing for payment in the amount of up to 5 million rubles (inclusive) - no more than 15 calendar days from the date of signing the documents;
- a service agreement providing for payment in the amount of more than 5 million rubles - no more than 45 calendar days from the date of signing the documents.
Deadlines for the execution of works in accordance with subsection 3.1 of the Terms of Reference from 01.11.2023 to 31.01.2024.
Carrying out this information collection procedure does not entail any obligations of the Customer.
