| Payment terms: | Payment for the works performed by the Contractor is carried out by the Customer in the following order:
– 10% (ten percent) of the price of works under the contract specified in clause 3.1 of the draft contract (Appendix No. 3), are paid by the Customer within 10 (ten) working days after the signing by the Parties of the Act of acceptance and transfer of the work performed on a full-scale survey of the object and the provision of The executor of the invoice and the invoice for payment of the work performed;
– 15% (fifteen percent) of the price of works under the contract specified in clause 3.1 of the draft contract (Appendix No. 3) are paid by the Customer within 10 (ten) working days after the Parties sign the Act of Acceptance and Transfer of the completed works on engineering surveys and the Contractor provides an invoice and an invoice for payment of the work performed;
- 40% (forty percent) of the price of works under the contract specified in clause 3.1 of the draft contract (Appendix No. 3) are paid by the Customer within 10 (ten) working days after the Parties sign the Act of Acceptance and Transfer of the completed works by agreement of documentation with Technopolis Moscow JSC, the Contractor provides a document confirming approval of Technopolis Moscow JSC documentation and provision by the Contractor of an invoice and an invoice for payment of the work performed;
– 25% (twenty-five percent) of the price of works under the contract specified in clause 3.1 of the draft contract (Appendix No. 3) are paid by the Customer within 10 (ten) working days after the Parties sign the Act of Acceptance and transfer of the completed work on the Examination of Documentation, transfer to the Customer according to the Act of acceptance and transfer of the final set of Documentation, which has passed the examination and the Contractor provides an invoice and an invoice for payment of the work performed;
– 10% (ten percent) of the price of works under the contract specified in clause 3.1 of the draft contract (Appendix No. 3) are paid by the Customer in equal payments (the amount of which is determined by dividing the cost of works under the supervision of the author according to clause 3.1.1 of the draft contract (Appendix No. 3) by the number of months of construction work, according to monthly interim acts acceptance of completed works signed by the Customer and the Contractor. Payment is made within 10 (ten) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of acceptance and transfer of the completed works under copyright supervision for the corresponding month and the provision of an invoice and an invoice for payment. |
