| Payment terms: | Part 1. The works specified in section 2 of the Terms of Reference, except for the implementation of works on the author's supervision of construction, are paid within 10 (ten) working days after the Parties sign the act of acceptance and transfer of completed works (stages of work). The control stages are pre-agreed between the Contractor and the Customer.
Part 2. Works on author's supervision of construction: paid by the Customer in equal installments (the amount of which is determined by dividing the cost of works on author's supervision by the number of months of construction work) according to monthly interim acceptance certificates of completed works, signed by the Customer and the Contractor. Payment shall be made within 10 (Ten) business days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of Acceptance and Transfer of completed works under copyright Supervision for the relevant month and the submission of an invoice for payment.
Advance payment of works is not provided. |
