| Payment terms: | Based on the analysis of the commercial proposals, a delivery contract is planned with the participant who offered the lowest price and fulfilled the requirements of the technical task.
The proposal must be submitted on the organization's letterhead stating:
- the full name of the organization;
- details and contact details: TIN, OGRN, OKPO, contact phone number, address, email;
- the expiration date of the offered price
- the basic terms of performance of the contract (term of service, payment arrangements, etc.).
The offer must be registered in due course (have an outgoing registration number and date), signed by the head of the organization or an authorized person, and sealed.
Payment Terms:
- for contracts with a price of up to RUB 5 million incl. VAT: The Customer pays the Contractor for the services rendered within 30 calendar days from the date of signing of the documents confirming the completion of the work , service delivery (work phase, service delivery);
- for contracts with a price of more than RUB 5 million incl. VAT: The Customer pays the Contractor for the services rendered within 45 calendar days from the date of signing of the documents confirming the performance work, service delivery (stage of work, service delivery) by the contractor/executor, and the contractor/executor's provision of contractual documents;
Services are required for Bilibin NPP, St. Bilibino, Chukotka JSC during the partial overload of Unit 2-4:
1. the stage from the conclusion of the contract to 06.03.2020
2. stage from 26.03.2022. to 09.04.2022g
3. stage from 15.04.2022. to 13.06.2020.
4. stage from 24.06.2022. to 22.08.2022
5. stage from 26.08.2022. to 11/23/2020
6. stage from 28.11.2022. to 12.12.2022
7. stage from 03.03.2023. to 21.03.2023
8. stage from 24.03.2023. to 21.06.2023
