| Payment terms: | Advance payment in the amount of 30% of the contract price by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of invoicing for the advance payment. The final payment for the services rendered is made based on the price of the contract, minus the amount of the previously issued advance, within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date the customer signs the acceptance certificate for the work performed (form KS-2), by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor. |
