Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
5.5. Payment shall be made in the following order:
Payment for the stages of Work performed by the Contractor and accepted by the Customer shall be made based on the cost of the stages of Work specified in the Calendar Plan during __ (________)__________ days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate the result of the work performed at the appropriate stage.
The following payment terms are indicated for the work performed (for any payment option):
1) not more than 7 (seven) working days from the date of acceptance of the delivered goods (except for the cases specified in paragraph 2 of this footnote);
2) if the Contract Calls for Bidding goods, the list of which is set out in Appendix No. 18 to the Unified Industry Standard of Calls for Bidding (Call for Bidding regulations) The State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom (approved by the decision of the Rosatom State Corporation dated 07.02.2012 No. 37) (hereinafter referred to as the EEA), payment terms are established in accordance with paragraph 7 of Article 9.1. of the EEA.

This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:
Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
