| Payment terms: | The Contractor shall pay for the actually performed Works by bank transfer within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of acceptance into commercial operation of the ISUE MCD for each automation facility, which is confirmed by the agreed (signed) by the Subcontractor and the Contractor with a set of documents specified in the Requirements Specification, based on Invoices issued by the Subcontractor for payment. In case of conclusion of an agreement with an SME entity - within 7 days (seven) working days from the date of acceptance into commercial operation of ISUE MCD for each automation facility, which is confirmed by a set of documents agreed (signed) by the Subcontractor and the Contractor specified in the Requirements Specification, based on Invoices issued by the Subcontractor for payment. |
