| Payment terms: | Payment for the completed works is made by ATEK JSC upon their completion on the basis of the acceptance certificate of the completed works, the invoice and the invoice (original) of the contractor within 45 (forty-five) working days from the date of signing by the parties of the acceptance certificate of the completed works, subject to receipt by the customer of the corresponding payment from the general customer, but not later than 90 (ninety) working days from the date of signing the act of acceptance of the completed works |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
