| Payment terms: | Terms of payment -100% of the price of the completed Works is paid within 45 (forty-five) calendar days after the Parties sign the acceptance certificate of the completed works if the Customer has the originals of the Completed Works Certificate, the Contractor's invoice (UPD) and the Contractor's Report with the attachment of invoices for the applied goods specified in Appendix No. 3 to the contract "Calculation of the cost of work", or calculations according to the applied TMC– for winners who are not related to SME entities;

100% of the price of the work performed shall be paid within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the Parties sign the act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered, if the Customer has the originals of the act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered, the Contractor's invoice (UPD) and the Contractor's Report with the attachment of invoices for the applied goods specified in Appendix No.3 to the contract "Calculation of the cost of work", or calculations according to the applied TMC – for winners related to SME entities; |
