| Payment terms: | Option 1: payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of the work will be made after the delivery of the products to the Customer and the positive results of the input inspection of the products in the Customer's warehouse, with the provision of the following documents: invoice, certificate of completed work, invoice, reports on the processing of toll-free material, consignment note, a set of permits, duly executed passport and /or certificate of quality for the result of the work, other documents listed in the Requirements Specification. The payment period is 50 calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of the act of completed works
Option 2: the cost of work is paid in the following order:
- 30% – until the time of shipment (transfer) of products to the Customer (in advance), - no later than 20 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties to the contract, provided that the Contractor provides the Customer with a refund of the advance payment in the amount of the advance payment,
- 70% – after the transfer of products to the Customer and positive the results of the input inspection of products in the Customer's warehouse, the provision of the following documents: invoice, certificate of work performed, invoice, reports on the processing of toll-taking material, consignment note, set of permits, duly issued passport and /or quality certificate for the result of the work, other documents listed in the Requirements Specification. The payment period is 50 calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of the act of completed works. |
