| Payment terms: | The Customer will pay the Contractor an advance payment in the amount of 10% of the contract price (clause 3.1. of the contract), within 10 (ten) days from the date the Contractor provides the original invoice for payment, provided the Contractor provides the appropriate security in accordance with section 12 of the contract. The advance payment is not paid before the security is provided, and the Customer is not responsible for the violation of payment deadlines. The amounts of the advance paid shall be counted in proportion to the work performed against the payment for the work performed and accepted by the Customer according to the signed Certificates of the cost of the work performed and costs (COP-3), Certificates of Acceptance of the work performed (COP-2). Payments for the work performed are made monthly within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of Acceptance of the work performed (form No. KS-2) on the basis of primary documents (invoice, invoice for payment) issued on the basis of a Certificate of the cost of the work performed and costs (form No. KS-3), subject to the transfer to the Customer of the executive documentation executed in accordance with clause 5.1. of the contract. |
