Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment for the completed works is made by the Customer in the following order: The Customer, based on the invoice issued by the Contractor, makes an advance payment in the amount of up to 40% of the Contract price within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of conclusion of this Contract. The final settlement under the Contract is carried out upon completion of the Work within 15 (fifteen) calendar days (7 working days - for SMEs) from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance of the performed works of KS-2 and a certificate of the cost of the performed works and costs of KS-3, subject to the availability of a complete set of Documentation provided for in Section 14 of the Technical the assignment (Appendix No. 1 to the Contract) and the provision of an invoice and invoice by the Contractor.

This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
