| Payment terms: | Payment for the services rendered is made by the Customer by transferring funds in rubles of the Russian Federation to the Contractor's settlement account within 15 (Fifteen) working days from the date of receipt by the Customer of the originals of the following documents:
a) An act on the provision of services signed by the Parties;
b) the Contractor's account;
c) the Contractor's invoice issued in accordance with the requirements of tax legislation. |
