Upon the fact of the work performed by the Contractor, on the basis of the Act of Acceptance of the work signed by the Parties (form KS-2), a certificate of the cost of the work performed and costs (form KS-3), the original invoice and invoice. The payment term is 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of signing of the Act of acceptance of works (form CS-2).
