| Payment terms: | The procedure for payment of works: an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total cost of works of each stage – within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of the beginning of this stage. Payment of the remaining cost of the works of each stage - within 45 (forty-five) calendar days after the signing by the Parties of the Act of acceptance of the completed works for this stage.
Remuneration payments for Licenses: an advance payment of 30% of the cost of Licenses granted at the beginning of each stage of work – within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of the beginning of this stage. Payment of the remaining part of the cost of Licenses granted at the beginning of the work phase – within 30 (thirty) calendar days after signing the Act of Acceptance and transfer of Licenses. |
| Venue of bidding: | This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document. |
| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
