| Payment terms: | The payment for the completed Works is made within 60 (Sixty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of Delivery and Acceptance of the completed Works, but not earlier than 45 (Forty-five) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of delivery and Acceptance of the completed Works. |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
