| Payment terms: | The Customer will pay the Contractor an advance payment in the amount of 20% of the contract price, within 14 days from the date the Contractor provided the original invoice and the corresponding collateral in accordance with section 13 of the contract. The advance payment is not paid before the security is provided, and the Customer is not responsible for the violation of payment deadlines. Payments for the work performed are made minus the advance payment, upon completion of the work within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of Acceptance of the work performed /universal transfer document (hereinafter referred to as UPD), subject to the transfer to the Customer of the result of the work and primary documents (invoice, invoice for payment). |
