| Payment terms: | The Customer shall pay the Contractor an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the Contract amount within 3 (three) calendar days from the date of conclusion of the Contract.
Payment for the Works performed by the Contractor and accepted by the Customer, minus the amount of the advance previously paid, is made within 45 (forty-five) calendar days (30 (thirty) calendar days - for the Contractor belonging to the SME entity) from the moment the Parties sign the acceptance certificate of the completed works, by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account, based on the invoice. |
