| Payment terms: | Payment for the Works performed by the Contractor and accepted by the Customer is made within 45 (forty-five) calendar days (30 calendar days for SMEs) after the Parties sign the acceptance certificate-delivery of the completed works (Appendix No. 2 to the Requirements Specification) if the Customer has a completed original invoice (UPD), an Act of completed works, an act of acceptance-delivery of the completed works, the Contractor's report with the attachment of copies of invoices for the purchased goods, by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account. |
