| Payment terms: | Payment for the Works performed by the Contractor and accepted by the Customer shall be made within 45 (forty-five) calendar days after the Parties sign the act of completed works if the Customer has a completed original invoice, Contractor's Report with invoices attached to the purchased goods, by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account. |
