Payment for the work is made by the customer after the work is completed by wire transfer of a monetary amount to the contractor's current account no later than 45 (forty-five) calendar days (within 30 (thirty) calendar days for organizations that are SMEs), from the date of signing by the parties of the act of delivery and acceptance of the work performed, based on the invoice issued by the contractor and an invoice drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. Advance payment is not provided
