| Payment terms: | : Option 1: payment term 50 (fifty) calendar days in the amount of 100% after the delivery of finished products to the Customer and the positive results of the entrance inspection at the Customer's warehouse with the provision of the following documents: invoice, consignment note, invoice, consignment note, set of permits, duly issued passport and/or quality certificate for finished parts, other documents listed in the Requirements Specification.
Option 2: Payment is made in the following order:
- 30% – until the moment of shipment (transfer) of finished products to the Customer (in advance), - no later than 20 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties to the contract, provided that the Supplier provides the Buyer with a guarantee of repayment of the advance payment in the amount of the advance payment;
- the payment term is 50 (fifty) calendar days in the amount of 70%, after the transfer of finished products to the Customer and the positive results of the input inspection of finished products in the Customer's warehouse with the provision of the following documents: invoice, consignment note, invoice, consignment note, set of permits, duly issued passport and/or quality certificate for finished products, other documents, listed in the Requirements Specification. |
