| Payment terms: | The Customer pays for the work actually performed after the Parties sign the Act of Delivery and Acceptance of the work performed in the following terms:
a) for organizations that are SME entities – within 7 (seven) working days from the moment the Parties sign the Act of Work Performed;
b) for organizations that are not SME entities – within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of Work Performed |
