| Payment terms: | Payment for the Works performed by the Contractor and accepted by the Customer is made based on the cost of 1 n/hour by type of work (Appendix No. 2 to the Contract) within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of work performed, if the Customer has secured the execution of the contract by the Contractor (in accordance with clause 8. of the Contract) by transfer funds to the Contractor's current account. The reporting period is a calendar month. |
