Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment under the Contract is made by the Customer in the following order:
- An advance payment in the amount of 70% of the Work price shall be paid by the Customer within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the latest of the dates: a) signing by the parties of this Agreement; b) sending by the Customer a written notice to the Contractor about the adoption by the authorized body of an investment decision on JSC TGOC Ilmenit; c) providing the Contractor with a refund guarantee advance payment (according to the requirements of Appendix No. 7 to the Agreement).
- The final calculation in the amount of 30% of the Work price is made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date the Customer signs the accounting documents (clause 6.5.) and the Contractor provides the invoice.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:
Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
