| Payment terms: | 100% of the price of the completed Works is paid within 45 (forty-five) calendar days after the Parties sign the acceptance certificate of the completed works, if the Customer has issued originals of the Act of completed works, the invoice (UPD) of the Contractor - for winners who are not related to SMEs (in accordance with the conditions provided for in the contract (Appendix No. 2)).
