Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Option 1:
Works are paid for within 10 (ten) working days after the Parties sign the act of acceptance and transfer of completed works.
Advance payment of works is not provided.
Option 2:
- prepayment (advance payment) in the amount of not more than 30% of the contract amount, within 10 (ten) business days from the date of signing the Contract, based on the received invoice for payment and provision of security for the refund of the advance payment;
- the balance of the payment, minus the amount of the advance previously paid, within 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of Acceptance of completed works in the form of KS-2 and a Certificate of the cost of completed works and costs in the form of KS-3;
Important!
According to the Unified Industry Called for Bidding Standard of Rosatom State Corporation, any advance payment can be made by the Customer no earlier than the Supplier provides security for the return of the advance payment in the amount of the advance payment.
Guarantor banks/Guarantors/Guarantors issuing security for the performance of obligations under the Agreement must comply with the requirements for guarantors and guarantors contained in Appendix No. 11 "Requirements for Guarantors and Guarantors, Partner Banks, Reference Banks" of the Unified Industry Call for Bidding Standard (Call for Bidding Regulation) of the State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom (hereinafter - EEA), posted by on the official website of the State Corporation "Rosatom": http://www.rosatom.ru/vendors .
The security may be provided by the Contractor in one of the following forms:
a) an irrevocable bank guarantee issued by a bank that complies with the requirements of Appendix No. 11 to the EEA of Rosatom State Corporation;
b) a guarantee issued by a legal entity that complies with the requirements of Appendix No. 11 to the EEA of the Rosatom State Corporation;
c) security payment.
The choice of the form of security specified in this paragraph is determined by the Contractor independently.

This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:
Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
