Purchasing items:

Restoration of asphalt concrete pavement with a rolled asphalt concrete mixture type A16VN, without cutting edges; layer thickness up to 70 mm (with removal of deformed asphalt concrete coatings) (7 350 m2)

Restoration of asphalt concrete pavement with a rolled asphalt concrete mixture type A16VN layer thickness up to 50 mm with a 200 mm crushed stone base device (1 500 m2)
3.
Restoration of asphalt concrete pavement by jet injection method (3 900 pog. m)
4.
Restoration of asphalt concrete pavement with a rolled asphalt concrete mixture type A16VN, without cutting edges; layer thickness up to 70 mm (with removal of deformed asphalt concrete coatings) (4 500 m2)
5.
Restoration of asphalt concrete pavement with a rolled asphalt concrete mixture type A16VN layer thickness up to 50 mm with a 200 mm crushed stone base device (1 500 m2)

Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment to the Contractor of completed works / stages is made 45 (forty–five) calendar days (for SMEs - 7 (seven) working days) from the date of signing the act of acceptance of completed works - form KS-2, certificates of the cost of completed works and costs - form KS-3, invoices

This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:
Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
