| Payment terms: | after the parties sign the act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered (UPD) (without comments) or resolve the issue of eliminating comments, the Contractor issues to the Customer the original invoice and payment invoice issued in accordance with the requirements of tax legislation for payment for the services actually rendered, which the Customer is obliged to pay by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account in the following terms:
for organizations that are SMEs – within 30 calendar days;
for organizations that are not SMEs – within 45 calendar days |
