| Payment terms: | Advance payment (advance payment) in the amount of 30% of the Contract price is made within 45 days from the date of receipt from the Subcontractor of the invoice for the transfer of advance payment (advance payment). The Subcontractor is obliged to provide the General Contractor with an invoice for the transfer of advance payment (advance payment) within 30 days from the date of conclusion of the Contract.
The final payment is made by the General Contractor, taking into account the advance payment (advance payment) by transferring funds to the Subcontractor's account on the basis of the acceptance document within 7 working days from the date of signing the acceptance document by the General Contractor, and if the calculations under the Contract or calculations under the Contract regarding the payment of the advance are subject to treasury support – within 10 working days from the date of signing the acceptance document by the General Contractor. working days from the date of signing by the General Contractor of the acceptance document, except in cases where other payment terms are established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
