| Payment terms: | Terms of payment: advance payment from the contract price in the amount of 30% (thirty percent) is paid by the Customer within 10 (ten) business days from the date of signing the contract by the Parties.
Final calculations are made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the next Act of acceptance of completed works in the form of KS-2 and receipt of a Certificate of the cost of completed works and costs in the form of KS-3.
Payment of works is made for the works actually performed by the Contractor and accepted by the Customer in the amount of the amounts of acts of KS-2 and certificates of KS-3, taking into account the offset of the advance previously paid by the Customer. In this case, the amount of the advance or part of the advance transferred by the Customer to the Contractor shall be credited in proportion to the percentage ratio of the cost of the paid works to the Contract Price.
Payment is made if there is an invoice and a payment invoice duly executed by the Contractor. If there are inconsistencies in the documents, then the payment is postponed for the period of their elimination. |
