Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Advance payment in the amount of 10% of the total value of the Contract price is made within 30 (Thirty) calendar days from the date of signing
Agreement. The advance payment shall be credited proportionally to the payment for the Work performed at each Stage of the Contract (Appendix D to the Terms of Reference) in the amount of 10% of the cost of the Work performed at each Stage).
Payment for the Work performed shall be made in stages within 60 (Sixty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of Acceptance of the Work performed at the corresponding Stage of Appendix D to the Terms of Reference, but not earlier than 45 (Forty-five) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of Acceptance of completed Works at the appropriate Stage of Appendix D to the Terms of Reference.
Settlements under the Contract are made by the Customer by bank transfers to the Contractor's account in US dollars or in Egyptian pounds at the "Buy" rate
set for US dollars

This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:
Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
