| Payment terms: | 3.4. The General Contractor pays for the construction and installation work actually performed within 45 (forty-five) calendar days after the transfer of the following documents:
- Invoices issued on behalf of the Subcontractor to the General Contractor, with the amount of VAT deducted, within 5 calendar days from the date of signing the act of acceptance of completed works in the form of KS-2 and a Certificate of the cost of completed works and costs in the form of KS-3, completed in accordance with the requirements of Art.169 The Tax Code of the Russian Federation and the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 12/26/2011 No. 1137;
- The act of acceptance of the completed works in the form of KS-2, signed by the parties;
- Certificates of the cost of work performed and costs in the form of KS-3;
- Copies of primary documents (invoices or waybills) for materials that are not included in the estimated regulatory framework. |
