Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Option 1. Payment term - upon the fact of the work performed by the Contractor under this agreement, including the elimination of identified deficiencies, provided that the work was performed with proper quality and within the agreed time limits established by this Agreement (or ahead of schedule with the consent of the Customer), on the basis of the Act of Work Performed signed by the Parties, the original invoice and invoice (issued in accordance with Article 169 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation). The payment term is 30 (for SMEs) / 50 calendar days from the date of signing the relevant Act of completed works.
Option 2. The Customer transfers an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the Contract price, within 10 calendar days from the date of signing the Contract and receipt of payment documents from the counterparty, but not before providing security for the return of the advance in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement.
The remaining payment in the amount of 70% within 50 calendar days (for SMEs no more than 30 calendar days) from the date of signing the relevant Act of completed works.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:
Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
