non-cash payment upon the fact of services rendered, based on the Delivery and Acceptance Certificate signed by the Parties, the original invoice and invoice (issued in accordance with Article 169 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation). The payment term is 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of signing the Act of delivery and acceptance of services.
