| Payment terms: | payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of each stage of completed works no later than 30 (thirty) business days from the date of signing the UPD/bilateral act of delivery and acceptance of completed works (services) for each corresponding stage, but not before receiving funds from JSC Rosatom Service from JSC AAEC in the amount sufficient for fulfillment of the obligation to pay, but in any case not later than 45 (forty-five) working days from the date of signing the UPD / act of delivery and acceptance of the completed works at the appropriate stage of the Calendar Plan. |
