| Payment terms: | payment for Products is made to the Supplier upon delivery on the basis of an invoice within no more than 45 calendar days (with the contract price up to 5 million rubles with VAT (inclusive) - within no more than 15 calendar days) (when concluding an agreement with an SME – within no more than 7 working days) from the date of signing The Consignee of documents confirming the fulfillment of obligations by the Supplier, subject to the delivery of Products of proper quality and in proper completeness (confirmed by a positive Conclusion (Act) of acceptance of Products in quantity, quality and completeness), and the submission of documents by the Supplier, (subject to compliance with the requirements for their registration established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the Contract). |
