| Payment terms: | - an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the value of the Goods specified in clause 2.1 is paid within 10 (ten) working days from the date of conclusion of this Agreement, based on the invoice provided by the Supplier;
- the final payment for the Goods is made within 7 (seven) working days after the Buyer receives the Goods, subject to its proper quality and proper completeness, and the submission of the documents specified in clause 3.1.5 of this Agreement. |
