Payment procedure: according to the fat of the provision of services at the end of each reporting period, after the customer signs documents confirming the fulfillment of obligations by the counterparty (subject to receipt of documents for payment issued in compliance with the established norms).
The reporting period is a calendar month.
Payment terms:
1. When concluding an agreement with a non–SME entity - in accordance with the procedure established by paragraph a) of Part 7.1. of Article 9.1. of the EEA of Rosatom State Corporation, namely - no more than 15 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the fulfillment of obligations by the counterparty;
2. When concluding an agreement with an SME entity - in accordance with the procedure established by paragraph (c) of Part 7.1. of Article 9.1. of the EEA of Rosatom State Corporation, namely - no more than 7 working days from the date of signing by the customer of the document on acceptance of the services rendered under the agreement. |
