| Payment terms: | payment for completed works (stages) is carried out on the basis of Acceptance Certificates of completed works signed by the Contractor and the Customer within 45 calendar days from the date of receipt of invoices and invoices from the Contractor, issued by the Contractor in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. Invoices are provided by the Contractor no later than 5 days from the date of signing by the parties of the Acceptance Certificates of the completed works. |
